• Minimum 3 month contract required.
• Set-up fee payment required before your iSend Account can be activated.
• iSend and WASPA advertising layout guidelines must be followed when setting up advertising using iSend services.
• iSend advertisers understand that penalties may be payable to WASPA by advertisers should guidelines not be followed correctly.
• Use of iSend's registered trademarks and patented services is only granted with permission by iSend.
• iSend reserves the right to terminate services should any WASPA law or South Africa law be broken.
• The Advertiser understands that iSend's services are reliant on the uptime of the South Africa cellular networks and Internet Service Provider Telkom.
